A full digital suite for x-rays. We measure each x-ray for the proper curvature, disc degeneration, bone spurs and overall alignment. Images can also be measured to determine leg length deficiency. Any images that require further examination are sent out electronically to Radiologists in St. Louis. Reports are usually returned within 24-48 hours

Laser Foot scan

The laser foot scan is designed to measure the proper length and width of the foot. It also laser measures the proper location and height of the medial, lateral and metatarsal arch supports. Using this scan in conjunction with the lumbar spine x-ray can help to determine if a patient needs a lift added to the arch support to balance a leg length deficiency. Our foot scan is performed without shoes or socks to get the most accurate measurements unlike others at the discount superstore

Nutritional Counseling

Nutritional counseling is discussed with each patient to determine their goals. Are they looking for general nutrition or do they have more advanced problems that need a further detoxification and rebuild programs? Our Symptom Survey is a 200-question survey to narrow down the organ systems that need immediate attention and rebuilding. The survey along with blood work can give us a new window into the health of the patient. If you have further questions, please call our office for a consultation

Adjusting techniques

Dr. Rhodes uses a combination of manual adjusting techniques and lower force techniques to adjust the subluxation patterns the patient presents with. He is trained in Activator, Diversified, Thompson, Flexion and Distraction, and Trigger Point therapy. These techniques are adapted to each patient. It makes no difference if the patient is 2 weeks old or 102 years old. All patients can benefit from a technique program designed specifically for them

Corrective Rehabilitation

In addition to the adjusting protocols mentioned, our clinic will design a corrective treatment program that will correct losses of the proper neck and lower back curves. Our program will help balance the spinal structures to minimize future degeneration to the ankles, knees, hips, lower back, mid back and neck. Our clinic teaches the patient the proper exercises and stretches to perform at home after their corrective program is complete

Class IV Laser treatment

Our office uses a Class IV laser from Summus. We use this laser to help patients heal faster by increasing Oxygen to the deeper tissues than we were able to get with an Ultrasound machine. We also use the Laser as part of our Peripheral Neuropathy program to restore better function and healing as noted below.

  • Pain Patterns: The Summus Class IV laser has been used to treat neck injuries from motor vehicle accidents, ear infections, migraine headaches, sinus infections, bursitis, rotator cuff strains and tears. The laser is also used to treat carpel tunnel syndrome, trigger fingers, golfer’s and tennis elbow, sciatic pain, disc degeneration, ACL/PCL injuries, baker’s cysts, Osgood Schlatter’s, Post knee-replacement, arthritis, heel pain, plantar fascitis.
  • Peripheral Neuropathy: Are you experiencing pain, numbness, burning, tingling or loss of feeling because of Neuropathy? 42.5 million Americans suffer yearly. It’s not uncommon for some to entirely loss the feeling in their feet and hands, frequently fall because of the loss of sensation, suffer debilitating pain that limits their enjoyment of life. The laser increases oxygen, draws in nutrients to the area, reduces inflammation, swelling, muscle spasms, stiffness and pain.
